Job Details: The Telecommunications Team Leader is responsible for the supervision of Telecommunications Operators and Guest Services staff. The position will assist in hiring decisions, disciplinary procedures and performance evaluations. The position will also adhere to established equipment maintenance schedules, and produce all reports to our customers as required. The position will also assist in negotiating contracts and approve payments of bills for the department. This position will assist in overseeing the overall processes, procedures, and work flow of the department.
