You’ll Get To:
Build and maintain positive relationships with telecommunications vendors with a heavy focus on cellular partnerships
Use your knowledge of vendor offerings, industry developments and trends to recommend adjustments to existing contracts and improvements to Lytx’s telecom infrastructure
Review telecommunications invoices from various providers and verify the accuracy of charges, service usage, and contractual compliance. Implement and perform periodic audits
Resolve billing discrepancies and disputes with vendors in a timely manager
Analyze telecom expenses to identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend appropriate solutions
Collaborate with relevant internal teams to understand services requirements and optimize plans accordingly
Engage in regular vendor performance evaluations and provide feedback to improve services
Partner with the procurement manager on contract negotiations to recommend and secure the most favorable terms for Lytx’s business
Continuously seek opportunities to streamline the billing process, improve efficiency and reduce errors
Maintain billing records and documentation
Perform other duties as assigned
What You’ll Need:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
3-5 years of proven experience in telecommunications billing, auditing, or telecom expense management
SQL experience required
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret sophisticated data sets
Superb communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate closely with vendors and internal team members
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks optimally
MS Office with sophisticated Excel capabilities, carrier portal and NetSuite experience desirable

Hourly rate is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position is also eligible for an incentive compensation plan. The expected hiring hourly rate for this position is: $28.25 – $35.70
