What You’ll Do:
- Lead installation projects and mentor a team
- Analyze customer input with precision
- Expertly interpret blueprints and specs
- Manage diverse OEM equipment installations
- Champion fiber optics, power setups & more
- Problem-solve technical glitches
- Collaborate with clients, managers & more
- Ensure top-notch quality in every task
Qualifications:
- 3-5+ years CO environment experience
- 1-3+ years team leadership
- 2-4+ years CO, MSC, or Data Center Installation
- 2-3+ years blueprint & MOP review
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite & mobile apps
- BSEE/BSEET/Associates Degree or equiv.
