Location: Brighton, MA (Onsite Work)
Job Description:

We are looking for a technical support specialist to join our team for a short to long term project within our team. You’ll have exposure to many skill sets and areas of expertise within the IT discipline, so if you’re looking to carve a path, this is the place to start! Ours is a fast-paced but flexible, on-your-toes environment, positive and can-do attitude is a must.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting the Technology team with any tasks that enhance efficiency and productivity
- Prioritizing and processing help requests to identify and resolve technical issues
Tasks Include:
- Initiating contact with associates for their PC Refresh needs
- Remoting into PCs for backups/software inventory
- Imaging, configuring, and deploying PC’s
- Ability to work onsite in Brighton MA (preferred) or Lawrence MA.
- Experience with Microsoft Autopilot and Intune a plus.

- Strong people and customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, as well as phone etiquette, listening skills and attentiveness, and follow-up skills
- Ability to identify and remediate technical problems though the use of available resources accurately and effectively
- Team and detail oriented
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Independent and able to follow direction
