Job Summary

The Technical Support Analyst is responsible for providing daily technical support and enhancements to SERVPRO’S critical business Systems, and desktop environment. Responsibilities encompass support for a technical infrastructure of corporate users and daily access to and usage of corporate systems for Franchises nationwide.

Major Duties and Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot, diagnose and remediate hardware, software and networking connectivity issues on end-user devices/computers.
  • Monitor certain administrative systems for maintenance and performance.
  • Administer and maintain end-user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
  • Proficiency in diagnostics, opening and maintaining trouble tickets, troubleshooting problems to resolution.
  • Collaborate and support network and server administrators to perform routine, on-site maintenance and recovery tasks for networking and server equipment.
  • Support employees/server implementations, upgrades, and support.
  • Administrate and support services; including email, print, SSO, etc.
  • PC replacement plan. Coordinate, install, image, and preparation & disposition of computing assets.

Required Qualifications

  • Ability to read, write, and speak the English language to communicate with employees, customers, suppliers, in person, on the phone, and by written communications in a clear, straightforward, and professional manner.
  • One to three (1-3) years of experience in a technical environment, providing technology support to end-users preferred.
  • Understanding of Microsoft applications and systems.
  • Understanding of installing, maintaining, enhancing, and upgrading of these applications.
  • Understanding of PC Desktop and LAN environments and components.
  • A+, Network +, Security+, HDI Certifications preferred.


  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Associates Degree or program completion in related field preferred.

Expected salary: $40000 – 50000 per year
