Job Description
Applicant will be performing the duties for implementation, migration, and support of client new Hosted Faxing solution from our current RightFax platform.

Analyzing data and making key decisions on the architecture of digital fax systems including deployments, change management, disaster recovery, performance optimization, incident support, training, automation and systems availability.

Developing and implementing strategic and tactical plan across IT administrators and resource owners. Working closely with external vendors and professional services groups, as needed to resolve issues, upgrade, optimize or implement solutions.
III. TERMS OF SERVICE
Services are expected to start 09/01/2023 and are expected to complete by 08/31/2024. Total estimated hours per Candidate shall not exceed 2008 hours. This service may be amended, renewed, and/or extended providing both parties agree to do so in writing.
