Compensation: $19-$23
Position Scope:
Assists in the manufacturing of product according to drawings and specifications provided, to assure timely manufacturing of product to customer specifications.
Responsibilities of a Wood Assembler
Have the ability to take direction.
. Have the ability to learn how to efficiently and safely operate various woodworking tools.
. Assists in training of team members.
Qualifications of a Wood assembler
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
· Has knowledge of materials and processes related to the company’s manufactured product.
· Must be familiar with general departmental standards.
· Must be able to work to high quality level.
Education and/or Experience:
Requires a high school diploma or equivalent diploma. Experience in the Wood Industry is a plus.
Tools and Equipment Used:
Must be proficient using various saws, sanders, spray gun, and other woodworking tools and machines.
