Prior experience as a Factory Worker, Production Worker, Manufacturing Team Member, General Laborer, Warehouse Worker, Product Assembler, General Assembler or Plastics Production Worker is helpful, but not necessary.
Opportunity
General Production Responsibilities
- Always keep the safety-first mindset
- Follow work instructions to produce quality products that exceed customer expectations
- Measure and weigh raw resin material
- Place raw resin materials into molds
- Select proper mold part numbers including any necessary graphics and inserts
- Remove finished products from the molds
- Inspect work to make sure it is free of defects
- Properly prepare parts for the next work operation
- Accurately track job transactions in company ERP software
- Maintain a clean and orderly work center
General Production Qualifications
- Manufacturing experience helpful, but not required
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Reliable transportation
- Proven work history with good attendance
- Ability to perform basic math and reading comprehension
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Prior experience (but not necessary) as a Factory Worker, Production Worker, Manufacturing Team Member, General Laborer, Warehouse Worker, Product Assembler, General Assembler, or Plastics Production Worker.
Physical Requirements for General Production
- This position requires the ability to stand; walk; carry; grasp/grip; and reach above the shoulders
- The position frequently requires the ability to bend/twist; push; and pull
- This position requires the ability to climb/step up and down; move in repetitive motions; and lift up to 50 pounds
