Job Description
$2500 SIGN ON BONUS FOR STEERING COLUMNS PRODUCTION ASSOCIATES START DATES IN SEPTEMBER
‘D SHIFT’ OPTIONS AVAILABLE (Fri-Sun from 5pm to 3am or 5am)
**Work 30 or 36 hours and get PAID for 40 or 46**
Production Specialist / Associate will be required to perform the following duties:
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Follow work instructions for proper assembly of components and maintain proper productivity pace and targets
- Perform and document all required control plan and quality checks at assigned workstations
- Follow all procedures for material identification, traceability, and handling of nonconforming product
- Maintain 5S standards for all work stations and surrounding areas
- Comply with company policies and procedures.
- Comply with all environmental, health, and safety policies
- Elevate safety, quality, and productivity problems or issues to appropriate personnel
SALARY & BENEFITS
- $2500 Sign-On Bonus – FOR STEERING COLUMN PRODUCTION ASSOCIATES ABLE TO START IN AUGUST
- Eligible for Health benefits on DAY 1, including medical, dental, and eye care
- Work 30 or 36 hours and get PAID for 40 or 46
- On-site Gym for associate use
Qualifications
- Must have High School Diploma or GED
- Must be able to pass drug test and background check
- One year of stable work history preferred
- One to five years of experience in a manufacturing or production operation environment a plus
- Ability to lift 45 lbs.
