Job Summary:
Our client is currently looking to bring on a Product Analyst to support Wireless Connectivity! This opportunity is looking for candidates local to Denver, Colorado, who will work in a hybrid environment. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience working within Jira as an Analyst, have strong knowledge in Agile, and the ability to develop deep relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Duties:
- Standardize and centralize documentation based on team needs, including team member training, product information, process information, templates, and other general content
- Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience
- Responsible for initial assessment of current team processes, responsibilities, and long-term objectives to develop a Lean framework and maturity roadmap for standardizing processes and achieving predictable results
- Provide immediate and continuous changes in processes and procedures to drive iterative improvements of team performance while minimizing any disruptions to in-progress deliverables
- Provide ongoing training and documentation of team standards implemented to support the Lean framework
- Foster a continuous improvement mindset within the team by establishing and facilitating rituals to identify improvement opportunities as well as establishing processes to integrate and implement adjustments into the maturity roadmap
- Develop and implement workflows supporting the various functions of the team while ensuring compatibility with existing workflows and processes of internal and external partners
- Develop team performance KPIs to measure the effectiveness of processes and create predictability in team capacity and output, including delivery of projects and tasks
Desired Skills/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Marketing, Information Systems, Business Administration or related field required
- 5+ years of experience working with Jira
- 3+ years of Lean and Agile process experience
- Strong PowerPoint development and presentation skills
- Experience in WiFi Product or telecommunication industry experience strongly desired
