Nielsen Nissan is looking for 2 Part-time Receptionist to join our team in our Stanhope location. This is a five day workweek that includes Saturday. Sales position is Mon-Fri 4:00pm-8: pm and Saturday’s 9:00am to 6:00pm. Service position is Saturday’s 8:00am- 4: pm.The Receptionist will greet and assist visitors and clients.
The ideal candidate will deliver a professional and qualified first impression to all visitors. This person has excellent communication and customer service skills. He/she has a basic understanding of administrative and clerical procedures/systems and the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
Responsibilities:
- Guest services – Heavy interaction with guests via telephone and in person. Welcome guests, employees, and clients who arrive at the office and clarify the purpose of their visit and who they want to see. Answer all phone calls and emails sent to the main office and provide inter-office messages as requested .Ensuring that customers are satisfied with products or services. Follow up with guests after visits.
- Administration – Send out and receive mail, documents, supplies and packages. Distribute items to mailboxes and offices as requested. File and keep good records. Maintain an organized filing system. Manage a schedule for those needing support and schedule appointments as required. Complete Ad-Hoc projects for the accounting and sales office as needed.
Requirements:
- A high school diploma is required
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Reliable, professional, courteous and patient. Able to maintain a neat, professional, business attire.
- Excellent communication and writing skills
