General Description
The Logistics Account Executive is responsible for directing the company’s sales efforts and for generating and maintaining client relationships to increase business, revenue, and market share. Our competitive compensation plan allows top performers to earn an annual $100,000+ income within 12 to 18 months.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Identify business opportunities and create profitable sales in both new and existing accounts.
- Organize and manage all aspects of the proposal process.
- Develop and implement sales strategies that achieve increased sales, while also developing plans to maximize margins and increase revenue.
- Work corroboratively with senior management and operational staff to ensure client needs and expectations are met for optimal customer satisfaction.
Domestic Sales Manager
Qualifications
- 2+ years of applicable experience in Logistics and Transportation Sales
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; both written and verbal
- Strong relationship building and negotiation skills
- Self-Starter with strong organization & presentation skills
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic, result-oriented environment
- Proven success generating new business volume with a ‘hunter’ mentality
- Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred)
