Position Summary:
Provide administrative support and problem-solving for the GLRDC management team. Demonstrate the company’s core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety.
Essential Job Functions:
- Coordination of routine matters, meetings, travel and various other assignments.
- Access to confidential and sensitive information. Protection of this information is a requirement of the function.
- Has contact with senior executives of the company, KMA and store associates, customers, community leaders and vendors.
- Create, as required, correspondence, spreadsheets, reports and presentations.
- Patience, discretion and good judgment are required in setting priorities, answering or directing correspondence, and in coordinating various meetings and conference calls.
- Provide administrative support to other ASPs and departments.
- Maintains reporting information, as well as, assembles and prepares meeting material for the management staff.
- Execute and maintain service agreements with vendors.
- Ensures accurate, efficient processing and disposition of written correspondence, as well as oral communications, directed to the management staff.
- Must be able to perform the essential functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation.
Minimum Position Qualifications:
- Excellent analytical and communication skills are required
- Strong PC skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel, Business Objects and PowerPoint
- Comparable position or experience
