Job Title: Group Sales Coordinator Krug Hotels

Krug Hotels currently looking for a Group Sales Coordinator to assist our sales department.

Job Duties for Group Sales:
- Serves as the primary sales contact for wedding and other social group room block inquiries for Best Western Sonoma Valley Inn.
- Serves as the primary administrative support for the Group Sales Director.
- Conducts site visits for all group and event clients as needed.
- Provides Group Sales Director with administrative support, including building room blocks, in- house and outside catering, producing BEOs (room set up; catering needs, etc.) to turn over to property operations staff for execution.
- Serves as the primary contact for local/regional companies with local corporate rates requiring reservations for their travelers.
- Maintains Sales Data Base.
- Attends property team meetings as required.

Schedule for Group Sales:
- Full Time 40 hours a week
- Monday – Friday 9AM-5PM
- Some nights and weekends, depending on event schedule
- Remote work when reasonable

Requirements:
Qualifications for Group Sales:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous hotel-related experience preferred.
- Ability to communicate with public, hotel staff, and management in a professional manner.
- Knowledge of surrounding areas and local events.
