Schedule: Weekends 10am-6:30pm + Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday 9am-5:30pm
Purpose Statement/Position Summary: The Guest Services Representative represents hospital as an information resource, and provides visitor triage, in the hospital lobbies in accordance with CHLA visitation and safety policies and procedures.
Minimum Qualifications/Work Experience Bilingual Spanish preferred. Experience in a health-care environment preferred.
Education/Licensure/Certification High school diploma or equivalent required.
Pay Scale Information
USD $32,656.00 – USD $48,797.00

Final determination of a successful candidate’s starting pay will vary based on a number of factors, including, but not limited to education and experience within the job or the industry. The pay scale listed for this position is generally for candidates that meet the specified qualifications and requirements listed on this specific job description. Additional pay may be determined for those candidates that exceed these specified qualifications and requirements.
