What You Will Be Doing
You will hit the ground running as a General Manager providing strategic leadership and formulates policies to enforce the companys vision and goals. The GM sets operating procedures and standards of performance for employees. Must be a team builder, that promotes a high-level productivity with a focus on employee development.
What You Need for this Position
At least 10 years of experience with:
– Telecommunication Towers
– Bachelor’s in Business Administration or an Engineering Degree
– Proven Track Record as Leading Executive
