Job description: Established global bank seeking a financial recruiter to join their team. This person will handle the full cycle recruitment needs for the America’s.
- Manage the full cycle/front desk recruitment
- Strategically source for diverse and talented candidates
- Manage application processes
- Relationship building with colleagues and other departments
- Communicate with hiring managers with updates on processes
- Negotiate compensation packages
- Assist in on-boarding of new hires

- 3-6 years of front desk recruitment experience
- Background recruiting front office banking roles is a plus
- Must come from financial services (banking is a plus)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks at a time
- Strong communication skills
- Positive attitude and desire to grow your career
- Confident in your skill-set, can work independently as well as collaboratively
