Job description: In this role you would be supporting multiple products for implanting machine learning modeling, automating rules-based credit decisions, and defining and distributing risk-based consumer data. In this role, you’ll drive the team’s editorial strategy, including creating engaging content for use across multiple channels, collaborating with employees at all levels of the organization, and managing multiple e-newsletters delivered to managers and employees across our group. You’ll use your superior storytelling skills to drive business results and bring Operations to life in new ways. And you’ll do it all as part of a group who thinks team-first in a fast-paced, high-profile environment.

This role requires a wide range of strengths and capabilities, including:

  • BS/BA degree or equivalent experience.
  • Lead the tracking and preparation of executive reporting, including but not limited to weekly communications status reports, executive presentations, newsletters, organizational announcements, executive talking points.
  • Plan and implement key employee events and senior leader meetings, including town halls, off-sites, small group sessions and site visits.
  • Lead special projects as assigned.
  • Highly organized, strong attention to detail.
  • Expertise in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Confluence; Additional software skills (e.g., HTML, Adobe Creative Suite) a plus.
  • 10+ years’ experience in similar field and/or bachelor’s degree in journalism, communications, public relations or related field.
  • Ability to work and lead collaboratively and effectively in a group setting and communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
  • Expert knowledge in all business processes across an entire line of business, as well expertise in other lines of business and technology disciplines.
  • Understanding of global and line of business project and program management standards and methods.
  • Experience working with high-performing teams in complex program execution.
  • A strong understanding of Waterfall and Agile methods; stakeholder management; budget management, risk management and operations.
  • Ability to create and maintain relationships with a wide range of stakeholders throughout the firm.
