This highly respected company specialize in the Design and Manufacture of a variety of Consumer and Industrial Electrical products and due to their ongoing success and exciting expansion plans, are looking for an Engineering Manager to really take the wheel and use their experience to continue the upward trajectory this company are in.
In this autonomous role, there will be a split of hands-on Engineering, troubleshooting and design work – spearheading the roll out of new products and the requirement of tooling / machining needs etc – whilst overseeing a close-knit team of Quality, Process Engineers and Electrical & Mechanical Technicians.
The company pride themselves on their open door policy right through to the CEO’s and Directors. You will be an integral part of the Management team with further progression opportunities through to Operations positions.. in a nutshell – you can go as far as you want to take it!

The role:
- Hands on Engineering working with a variety of processes and products such as PCB’s, Box Builds and much more
- Quality and troubleshooting
- CAD work (Fusion 360, Solidworks, AutoCAD etc)
- True autonomy – where you will bring your expertise and help the continued growth, suggesting other products or projects
The person:
- Degree in Electronic or Electrical Engineering
- Understanding of Mechanical processes
- Leadership experience
- Looking for a rewarding, long term role!
