Job Summary
- Design, install, and maintain the organizations network.
- These functions include but not limited to network development, network software implementation, server maintenance, telecommunication, networking business evaluations, cost justifications, data security, feasibility studies, functional analysis, network maintenance, and providing support for network users and administrators.
Qualifications
Education
- B. S. degree in computer or information science or equivalent network support related experience.
- Advanced knowledge of network topologies and architecture including cabling, hardware, and software.
Experience
- 5 years of experience in network design, and support, preferably a Cisco based network.
- Experience with network diagnostic tools, such as sniffers, Microsoft Server, DHCP and DNS.
- Experience leading or participating in team and committee activities.

Licensure / Certification
- Cisco certifications or equivalent.
Compensation / Benefits
- $33.87-$55.31/hr. based on previous work experience
