Per-Diem Variable Shifts – Department is open 24/7, 365 days a year.
The Call Center Associate
- Operates telecommunication equipment, answers and route calls to the appropriate department/personnel.
- Responds to calls coming into the Code Line to alert the proper responders to address the emergency immediately.
- Performs Answering Services for all CHMG practices as well as other healthcare offices and maintains logs for each call. Provides accurate information when paging On Call Providers.
High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
Certification, Registration & Licensure
A minimum of three months related experience in a health care environment and/or training in high volume call center operations.

Outstanding interpersonal communication and customer service skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team required.
Exhibits high proficiency with computers, MS Office.
Demonstrates proficiency in call center telephone systems.
Problem solving ability and demonstrated initiative and responsibility required.
