Sales Manager
Pioneer-Family Auto Group is seeking an emerging sales manager. We are looking for a take-charge individual who knows how to structure primary and secondary deals, is able to prepare the sales contracts, bring new ideas to the table, and can lead a team of trained professionals who produce results. What we are looking for: Strong closers, willing to engage with customers early in the sales process. In this role, it is important not only to engage and build relationships with customers, but also building strong working relationships with secondary finance sources. This position requires the sales manager to be accountable for daily performance in sales, appointments and prospect follow-up as well as actively leading the sales team to achieve their goals.
Requirements:
- Valid Driver’s License and insurable driving record
- Relationships and experience with secondary finance sources
- Experience with Cox Automotive products, a plus
- Proven track record exceeding sales goals
- Outstanding communication skills, especially with handling objections and negotiating pricing
- Professional appearance, work ethic, and excellent managerial skills
- Ability to train and develop a high performance sales team
- Strong sense of accountability
