Work Arrangement:

  • Hybrid: This position does not require an employee to be onsite full-time to perform most effectively. The employee’s role enables them to work at a GM facility or off-site as frequently as needed or desired.

The Role

The mission of Company Vehicle Operations (CVO) is to provide high quality service to our Company Vehicle customers while supporting GM’s vision, values, and behaviors. As the Global Business Solutions – Transportation Services intern you will support operations within CVO by providing end-to-end oversight of a special project with exposure to our newest vehicle offerings. Throughout the internship you will achieve hands-on experience working with multiple teams across General Motors to find efficiencies and implement ground-breaking business solutions.

Required Qualifications

  • Pursuit of a Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in one of the following areas: Supply Chain Management, Logistics Management, Operations Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a like field
  • Must be graduating between December 2024 & June 2025
  • Able to work fulltime, 40 hours per week during the summer months

Student Stipend:

GM will provide a one-time lump sum taxable stipend payment to each student selected for the 2024 Student Program

Pay Transparency:

The salary range for this role is $4,400-$5,200 per month, dependent upon class status and degree.
